Welcome to Colombia Cycling Camps presented by Musette Tours
Discover the same Cycling culture that has nourished and grown a generation of cycling champions, including Rigoberto Uran, Sergio Henao and Nairo Quintana. Train on the same roads and challenge yourself to the same climbs that have developed local riders talent into Grand-Tour contenders.
Our Colombia Cycling camp is the perfect mix of riding and adventure. We have been visiting Colombia for over 30 years and have shared our experiences with riders from around the world.
Our guide for the trip will be Maurizio Ardila, 15-time grand tour rider and Top-10 Vuelta Espana rider. He will graciously share with us his experiences as a rider and take us on roads privy only to the locals.

The Department of Antioquia
The Department of Antioquia is home to Colombia’s second largest city: Medellin, and recognized as a cycling hub for Latin America. Nicknamed the “Eternal Spring”, the weather is always perfect riding weather. Climate like this paired with an endless supply of vertical sets the recipe for a unique riding destination.
It is no secret why Colombia has produced so many great talents.
Our journey begins in Rionegro, a small town situated on a plateau above Medellin. The region sits at roughly 2,500m/8,202ft. above sea level.
On the weekend, hundreds of cyclists make this 1000m/3,281ft pilgrimage to the summit. For unsuspecting foreigners the climb would be enough but for the locals it is their daily warmup
